Yesterday I shared a sneak peek of designer Veere Grenney’s new book Veere Grenney: A Point of View, so when I saw this beautiful London townhouse featured in the October 2018 issue of Architectural Digest, I just had to share. Located in central London, the home belongs to Nina Flohr who until 2016 served as the creative director of VistaJet, a private plane company founded by her father in 2004.
“I’ve always admired the way the English dress their houses, the great estates with their Colefax & Fowler furnishings and eccentric flourishes,” said Flohr who was born in Switzerland. “I wanted to take that inspiration and create a beautiful space that reflects my personal style and taste, an easy place to entertain, and a cozy nest to return to after my travels.” Grenney, who worked at Colefax & Fowler before opening his own firm, was the perfect designer to help Flohr realize her vision.
I particularly love the TV room enveloped in Bennison linen… It was inspired by Cecil Beaton’s iconic 1966 portrait of Lee Radziwill with her daughter in their Renzo Mongiardino-designed house in London. Let’s take a quick look inside!
To see more of this home, please visit Architectural Digest or purchase a copy of the October issue. And please see my post from Friday to learn more about Veere Grenney.

Green! I think these rooms are my favorite of Grenney’s lush creations! That green velvet is delicious and refreshing! I love how the rooms are traditional and substantive yet at the same time clean and modern and young. Just gorgeous! Thank you Andrea!!! Xoxo
What is that glorious green and white floral drape fabric, please? I love it!

Love the blue bed hangings and the rainbow shoe arrangement. And that bed in an alcove was so cozy looking.
This is a beautiful townhouse. Thanks for the wonderful pictures you post. This is one of my very favorite blogs because I know you will choose wonderful homes to highlight. It really is a “glam pad,” but you include great details, too. Thanks so much for a curated site that is a pleasure to read.
Dear Sigrid,
Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean the world to me! 🙂
Xx,
Andrea
The Glam Pad
Wait…is this Sigrid Olsen as in the clothing designer?
The blue bedroom is making me swoon.
A technical question, how on earth do you make the bed in the alcove?
