When Holly from Things That Inspire posted this heavenly master bedroom designed by Melanie Turner for the 2013 Atlanta Symphony Show House, my heart went pitter pat! The chic and airy Hollywood Regency-inspired sanctuary features touches of blush, beige, champagne, and gold, creating an elegant and serene respite…

The exquisite Chinoiserie curtains are made from Mary McDonald’s new fabric line for Schumacher, in blush conch. They are just too fabulous!!
I adore Mary McDonald, and I have been swooning over this new fabric, Chinois Palais, ever since it was released. Wouldn’t it be lovely to mount two panels and flank them on either side of the bed?

The brass knobs on the nightstand and dresser remind me of the knobs on my find for our master bedroom…
The settee is covered in Vanderbilt Velvet, also by Mary McDonald for Schumacher. The drawings are by Todd Murphy.
Thank you, Holly, for sharing this amazing bedroom, and also for letting me post your pictures! To learn more about this room and the Atlanta Symphony Show House, please visit Things That Inspire.
