Built in 1901, this tiny rowhouse is only 1,200 square feet but thanks to designer Sarah Bartholomew, it feels much bigger. Tucked into a cobblestone street in Washington, D.C.’s historic Georgetown, it is truly charming and I am particularly fond of that blue and white bedroom… let’s take a look inside.
