One of my favorite pastimes is perusing real estate listings across the country, particularly for beautiful historic homes, and it’s icing on the cake if the home has been previously published! So naturally I was thrilled to find this 1912 Tudor for sale in High Point, North Carolina. You may recognize it as the 2015 Junior League of High Point Designer Showhouse! Last year Traditional Home featured the stunning 4,707 square foot home, rejuvenated by 28 talented interior designers, and today we will take a tour. Images below are from the listing and Traditional Home.
Priced at $599K, this gorgeous home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is nestled on almost one acre. Such a steal! Click here to see the listing and here for additional images and information from Traditional Home. And to see another one of my favorite High Point homes, owned by the Madcap Cottage gents, click here. High Point has the most beautiful old homes! Are you ready to move? I am!!

Absolute jewel!
Thanks for sharing. It really is a great home! oxox
Fabulous! What's not to like? I'm particularly fond of the dining room (well, I guess that I have a thing about dining rooms.)
Lovely home. Chinoiserie paper in dining room is so pretty, and really like the details in the bar. Cozy library too.
